Monday: 2-hour upper body resistance and plyometrics, core resistance, 45-minute suicide spin cycle program. Hypothermia tolerance test.
Tuesday: Max VO2 test and lower body plyometrics and hypertrophy, 75-minute swim
Wednesday: Core resistance; 8km sprint. Ice bath
Thursday: Lower body acupuncture
Friday: Core resistance; 2-hour full body resistance training
Sunday: Hunt Lake Trail at West Hawk Lake (twice with full gear)
